I'm based in Geneva, Illinois, where I live with my wife and our two kids. I have a strong background in finance and accounting, along with a marketing degree from North Central College. Away from the desk, you'll find me at the park playing sports with the kids, or at the gym.

To prepare your quote, I review your books in QuickBooks. You stay in control of who has access.
Menu names can vary slightly by QuickBooks version. You can remove my access at any time, including after you receive your quote.
Monthly bookkeeping
Your monthly fee depends on how much is going on in your books. These ranges give you an idea of what to expect.
Fewer accounts and a lower volume of transactions each month.
A busier set of accounts, with more going on from month to month.
High transaction volume or more involved books that need extra attention.
No contracts, cancel anytime.
These are guidelines, not fixed packages. I set your monthly fee after reviewing your books, and cleanup work is quoted separately.
